New York \u2013<\/strong> Alantra acted as buy-side financial advisor to Precinmac LP (\u201cPrecinmac\u201d), a leading manufacturer of high-complexity precision components, on its acquisition of Advance Mfg. Co., Inc. (\u201cAdvance\u201d), a Massachusetts-based manufacturer of precision machined components, welded fabrications, and assemblies for the defense and commercial aerospace sectors.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Founded in 1961, Advance has built a strong reputation for producing complex, tight-tolerance components and assemblies for demanding applications across the aerospace and defense markets. The acquisition expands Precinmac\u2019s technical capabilities and manufacturing capacity, further supporting its focus on mission-critical commercial aerospace, defense, and space markets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the transaction, Precinmac also adds specialized coating and finishing capabilities through Advance\u2019s New England Custom Coaters, Inc. (\u201cNECCI\u201d) business. NECCI provides specialty surface treatment services for aerospace and defense customers, strengthening Precinmac\u2019s ability to deliver more integrated manufacturing solutions across the value chain. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
