The projects will be hybridized with Finerge\u2019s existing onshore wind assets, marking a significant milestone in the Iberian renewable energy market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alantra acted as financial advisor to Finerge, leading the structuring and arrangement of the debt financing and supporting the integration of solar capacity into its operating wind portfolio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alantra.com\/team-member\/manuel-fernandez\/\">Manuel Fern\u00e1ndez<\/a>, Managing Director at Alantra, said: \u201cWe are proud to have supported Finerge in delivering this landmark transaction, setting a new benchmark for hybrid renewable energy projects in Portugal. This project highlights our expertise in structuring innovative financing solutions for complex energy platforms.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThis financing represents another important milestone in the execution of Finerge\u2019s organic growth strategy, leveraging synergies between wind and solar technologies while maximising the value of our existing assets,\u201d said Pedro Norton, CEO of Finerge. \u201cHybrid solar projects are a strategic priority, both for the operational efficiencies they deliver and for their contribution to the energy transition.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As the largest wind energy producer in Portugal, Finerge operates more than 90 wind farms and 18 solar parks across over 61 municipalities in Portugal and six provinces in Spain.
