The sale was structured as an issuance of mortgage participations purchased by the investor One William Street through an Irish securitisation vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is a milestone in BBVA&#8217;s group strategy plan towards capital optimization.
