The sale allows Vocento to focus its efforts on consolidating its highest-value strategic activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This acquisition is a key step in Immobiliare.it\u2019s strategy to reinforce its leadership in Southern Europe, enhance its positioning in the real estate classifieds market, and drive further growth and expansion. With the acquisition of HabitatSoft, the Pisos.com team, headquartered in Granollers (Barcelona) and Madrid, will now operate under the Immobiliare.it Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Manuel Mirat, CEO of Vocento, commented: \u201cThis sale recognizes the value we have built over the years and enables Immobiliare.it to solidify its leadership in Southern Europe by expanding into Spain, one of the largest real estate markets in Europe.
