(\u201cOHLA\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d), a global infrastructure operator, on the Madrid Stock Exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The total offering size amounted to \u20ac150mn, divided into a restricted capital increase in December 2024 and a Rights Issue in January and February of 2025. The Company attracted strong investor attention, with notable oversubscription and the participation of Mr. Jos\u00e9 Elias as one of the anchor investors, as well as OHLA employees and other investors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As Joint Bookrunner, Alantra worked closely with OHLA and the Company\u2019s other bookrunners to optimize the offering\u2019s structure and effectively engage with investors, contributing to the offering\u2019s success with more than 150 local and international investors contacted through PDIE and the roadshow, and with research reports distributed to more than 1,000 investors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alantra.com\/team-member\/andre-pereira-ambrosio\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.alantra.com\/team-member\/andre-pereira-ambrosio\/\">Andr\u00e9 Pereira,<\/a> Partner and Head of ECM at Alantra, said: \u00abWe are proud to have supported OHLA in a transaction that we believe will allow the company to enter a new phase of growth, providing a clean capital structure and the financial resources to implement its business plan, despite the challenges still ahead.
