Rick Stine, President of StandardAero Components, Helicopters and Accessories, said in a company statement, “With the addition of PAS, StandardAero will now be a key player with new make manufacturing capabilities along with supporting the entire MRO requirements across the full engine life cycle.”

“This marks the fourth turbine engine components transaction closed by Alantra in the past 15 months,” said R. Wade Aust, Managing Director & Partner with Alantra. “PAS management looked to Alantra for our deep knowledge of the aerospace and industrial turbine components market as well as the special processes used to create these components. Houlihan Lokey and Alantra’s combined sector expertise and extensive list of industry contacts led to the ideal strategic partner for PAS.”
