Alantra has acted as M&A advisor to Bridgepoint D\u00e9veloppement Capital on the sale of Sotralu Group (\u201cSotralu\u201d), a European specialist in high-end solutions for aluminum doors and window systems, to Andera Partners. Andera Expansion, Andera Partners\u2019 investment team dedicated to the small- and mid-cap segment, has become Sotralu\u2019s majority shareholder alongside the company\u2019s management team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Founded in 1978, Sotralu designs and manufactures a broad range of solutions for aluminum window systems, including opening and locking systems, handles, hinges, rollers, brackets and other accessories. The group operates an integrated industrial platform comprising four complementary sites across France, Portugal and Italy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The investment by Andera Expansion will support Sotralu\u2019s next phase of growth, with a focus on new product development through its in-house engineering capabilities, increased cross-selling across the group, continued international expansion and further acquisitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
