The business serves approximately 700 healthcare partners, with over 12,000 active users and more than four million completed bookings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The transaction follows the sale of MEDWING\u2019s International Recruiting business in December 2025 and represents the second completed transaction on which Alantra has advised MEDWING\u2019s shareholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alantra.com\/team-member\/christopher-jobst\/\">Christopher Jobst<\/a>, Managing Director at Alantra, commented: \u201cThe sale of InSitu marks another important transaction for MEDWING\u2019s shareholders and highlights the strategic relevance of digital workforce solutions in healthcare.
