Frankfurt \u2013<\/strong> Alantra has acted as exclusive financial advisor to Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Praxisnachfolge in der Zahnmedizin GmbH (\u201cGPNZ\u201d), one of Germany\u2019s leading independent dental service organization platforms, on its sale to MYDENT zahnmedizinisches Versorgungszentrum (\u201cmydent\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Founded in 2018, GPNZ operates a network of 19 dental clinics, a dental laboratory and a hospital, employing approximately 380 professionals. The Group has built a strong presence in Germany, with a particular focus on mid-sized cities and affluent suburban areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

mydent is an independent, dentist-led dental group founded in 2018 by Dr. Kutlut\u00fcrk and Dr. \u00d6zcan. The group currently operates 12 locations across North Rhine-Westphalia and Hesse and offers a broad range of modern dental services, including general dentistry and preventive care, implantology, oral surgery, endodontics, orthodontics and aesthetic dentistry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The combination brings together two established dental groups with complementary regional footprints, creating a network of around 30 locations across Germany. Together, GPNZ and mydent will have greater scale to support the continued development of their practices and services and drive further growth in the years ahead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
