Both companies will continue to operate in the market under their established eps and N\u00dcSSLI brands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The transaction combines two complementary temporary event infrastructure platforms. Founded in Switzerland in 1941, N\u00dcSSLI brings expertise in grandstands, stages, overlay and complex special structures, while eps, founded in 1996, adds capabilities in turf and ground protection, crowd control, visitor management and global touring logistics.
