London \/ Frankfurt \u2013<\/strong> Alantra has acted as exclusive M&A advisor to FLOTTE Beteiligungen GmbH (\u201cFLOTTE\u201d) on the signing of a definitive agreement for the sale of sanotact Group GmbH (\u201csanotact\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d), an established and innovative German vitamins, minerals, and supplements (\u201cVMS\u201d) platform, to Avista Healthcare Partners (\u201cAvista\u201d) and Damier Group (\u201cDamier\u201d). As part of the transaction, FLOTTE will make a significant reinvestment and continue to support the growth of the Company alongside the new shareholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Headquartered in M\u00fcnster, Germany, sanotact specializes in the development, manufacturing, and commercialization of VMS products. The Company operates a diversified business model combining a scaled, full-service CDMO platform with capabilities across all major VMS dosage forms and a portfolio of branded VMS products, including sanotact\u00ae, an established German VMS brand. sanotact serves leading drugstore and distribution customers and has established a strong reputation as a trusted innovation partner, underpinned by its high-quality manufacturing and broad product capabilities across 80 international markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The transaction represents an important milestone in sanotact\u2019s continued development. Avista brings deep experience in consumer healthcare across North America and Europe, while Damier contributes a strong track record of building and scaling consumer healthcare platforms. Together with FLOTTE\u2019s continued support, the new shareholder group is well positioned to support sanotact\u2019s next phase of growth, including further investment in innovation, international expansion, and strategic development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
