The Group has established itself as a key player in the Spanish mid-sized professional services market, supported by sustained organic growth and an active consolidation strategy, having completed more than 55 integrations to date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The financing has been structured entirely through debt and does not entail any change in the company\u2019s shareholding structure. Proceeds will be used to refinance existing indebtedness and provide additional financial flexibility to support Afianza\u2019s long-term growth strategy, including its acquisition-led expansion and the integration of portfolio companies. The final structure also incorporates a non-committed accordion facility to enable further funding as the platform continues to scale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alantra designed and executed a fast-track competitive process with a select group of institutional investors, leveraging its market access, senior-level relationships and deep product expertise to improve financing terms and fully align the debt package with the Group\u2019s strategic objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alantra.com\/team-member\/javier-daza\/\">Javier Daza<\/a>, Director at Alantra, said: \u201cThis transaction underscores the increasing institutional appetite for scaled professional services platforms in Spain and across Europe.
