Alantra advises Trill Impact on its partnership with TT medic Group

Frankfurt – Alantra has advised Trill Impact, who aims to be a thought leader and force for positive change through impact private investments, on its partnership with TT Medic Group (“TT Medic”), a developer, manufacturer, and cleanroom processor of high-quality plastic components for the life science industry.

Established in 2019, Trill Impact is a pioneering Impact House with around EUR 1.2 billion in assets under management across its three investment strategies and with a team of around 55 experienced professionals based in the Nordics, Germany, Luxembourg and USA.

Founded in 2018 by the combination of three well established companies GOLLER Systems, Gebr. Renggli and j. söllner, TT Medic is headquartered in Klosterneuburg, Austria and is a full-service MedTech CDMO focused on value-adding processing of high-precision plastic components for Healthcare applications.

Alantra’s role consisted of full scope M&A and Debt Advisory, which in its view, increased transaction security for Trill Impact but also for TT Medic.
