Madrid- Alantra has acted as exclusive financial advisor to Portobello Capital, a leading independent Spanish mid-market Private Equity Fund with € 1.3 Bn AUM, in the sale of its portfolio company Multiasistencia to Allianz Partners, one of the world’s largest insurance and assistance companies.
Multiasistencia is an international reference in BPO services and network management focused on property claims management services specializing in the management of multi-risk insurance claims and other outsourcing solutions for large insurance groups, attending more than 1,000,000 interventions annually.
The Company has consolidated an unique business model in Spain (45% of its business), France (45%) and Italy, Luxemburg, Portugal and Brasil (10%). In 2017, Multiasistencia generated revenues of €175mn.
Alantra has been advising Portobello/Multiasistencia during the last years in: (i) the € 100 M. dividend recap closed in 2016, (ii) the internationalization of the Company and (iii) the final divestment by Portobello.
