Alantra has acted as exclusive financial Alantra advised Indra Sistemas (Indra), one of the world’s top technology and consulting companies, in its acquisition of Paradigma Digital (Paradigma), a leading technology company focused on providing disruptive Digital Transformation solutions and services to more than 200 large corporations in Spain, and with a next generation offering spanning areas like Digital Strategy, UX/CX, Agile Software Development, Cloud and Big Data.

With this acquisition, Indra completes its digital solutions and services offering, marketed through its Minsait brand. The transaction will combine Paradigma’s core capability in creating ‘digital native’ businesses, with Minsait’s ‘transformational’ dimension, strengthening Indra’s position as a leader in Digital Transformation and fostering innovation in Minsait’s business practices, culture and operating model.
