Alantra acted as debt advisor to Coyote Group on the set up of a unitranche financing brought by Tikehau IM

• Advised by Alantra, Coyote Group has issued a unitranche subscribed by Tikehau IM.  The purpose of this transaction is notably to refinance existing debt. It is in favour of group development.
• Founded in 2005, Coyote is the pioneer and European leader of real time community-based information for drivers and offers B2B and B2C services including driving assistance systems, after-theft services and fleet management. Its community doubled in four years and is based on loyal users of which 80% are customers for more than three years. Headquartered in Suresnes in France, the company employs 350 people in five different countries and generated sales of €115m in 2017.
• Led by its CEO Fabien Pierlot, the company aims at pursuing ongoing projects including the international development with a focus in Europe and the expansion on the B2B market following the acquisition of the listed company Traqueur earlier this year.
